Before placing an order with Madder Rose you must have read and agreed to the below Terms and Conditions.
Shipping & Lead Times
Before placing your order, please bear in mind that most Madder Rose garments are produced on a made-to-order basis, so please allow up to 4 weeks before your item is shipped. I'll ship your item as soon as I can, and if it is already in stock this will be much sooner.
If you need a product within a shorter time frame, email me at madder.rose.clothing@gmail.com., I may be able to arrange this for you.
Availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, I will notify you via email.
For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Madder Rose and its staff is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that if your goods are held in customs this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
Shipping costs:
UK: items will be sent Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, this will usually cost £4.10.
International: please get in touch for shipping options if you are an international customer.

Returns
I can accept returns within 3 working days of the item arriving with you. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales form sent to you in the package. We hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession, so please take care when trying on.
Return shipping should be organised and paid for by the buyer.
If the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.
In the case of international purchases, Madder Rose is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement.

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant courier’s airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If the item is faulty or damaged in transit to you, you must contact madder.rose.clothing@gmail.com with photographic evidence. Madder Rose must be notified and provided with evidence within 24 hours of delivery in order to process the return. In the case of a faulty or damaged item, you will be refunded the cost of the item and shipping to you. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
No returns or exchanges are possible on sale items or customised or special-order garments.
